Microsoft applications are fading and not usable for several seconds - Microsoft Community


i have problem in windows applications - periodically (and temporarily) screens "fade" , application becomes unresponsive.

this happens in word, excel, powerpoint, etc.  even in completing form.on-line.

when screen fades, no application accept input keyboard or mouse.

there several factors reason why experiencing issues performance of device. provide better assistance, need know answers these questions:

  • have made changes on computer before experienced issue?
  • did encounter error messages when screen fades?
