as title, know focused inbox created replace clutter.

but want know time clutter no longer working on outlook on web (can't turn on again, no longer see in setting anymore...).

because have work relate email setting of old users

ok, know concern now. actually, if clutter feature enabled before focused inbox released, changed regular user folder, subfolders manually created under inbox. not automatically disappear. personal suggestion company can directly disable focused inbox feature, , ask colleagues manually delete clutter folder in mailboxes.

 

here steps disable focused inbox feature office 365 tenant:

1. connect exchange online powershell.

2. run following command:

set-organizationconfig -focusedinboxon $false
