Outlook 2010 update KB3191906 - Microsoft Community


update fix issues attachments in outlook 2010.  issues wasn't having issues until updated.  can receive email attachments can't open attachments.  else having issue?  suggestions on how fix?

update kb3191906 microsoft outlook 2010, released on may 2, 2017 intended fix attachment issues.

because having issues after update, click link to repair outlook.

if issue still persists after repairing outlook, may need uninstall update. here steps uninstall update:


  1. go start, enter view installed updates in search windows box, , press enter.
  2. in list of updates, locate , select update kb3191906, , select uninstall.
