Outlook 2010 will index old emails when i rebuild, but not new ones. - Microsoft Community


i work @ small company wear hat of "it" time time.  we have 2 people search emails lot , have found new emails not being indexed...  i re-built both of them , can find emails , including when did that, if received morning, it's not in search results.  i can't keep rebuilding these indexes every day... , have turned on indexing same on computer.  one person on windows 10 , other windows 7.  outlook 2010.

any ideas?  i've been in , looked indexing panel in control panel , both list location...

i think ought search in, , post in if necessary, outlook 2010 section of forum in case cause of problem outlook rather windows 10 indexing.

i have had quick , there several search-related questions there.  of them relate problems after recent windows updates in case might kept hanging on office update restores full functionality / compatibility recent windows updates.
