outlook 2016 (office 365) add-in not displayed with a - Microsoft Community


we have custom add-in used our business. looks @ data in email body , attachments , allows select attachments system based on text in email body.

this displayed in email per image 2 (app name).

a digitally signed email red ribbon (image 1) comes in , entire row of add ins disappear. 

what need have @ least our add-in appear? there kind of 'readonly' signature add-in i'm not going modify you??
i've read older articles certificate detection , forward original recipient remove certificate.

i wondering has been addressed in newer version?

what need have @ least our add-in appear , working these types of emails?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
