Outlook 2016 scroll bar and folder icon - Microsoft Community


hi there, i'm using windows 7, 64 bit , have outlook 2016 (installed via office 365 account).

how can make vertical scroll bar appear time.... right not there, when put pointer in area supposed be, appears.... don't point , wait, need scroll bar there can use anytime without waiting appear.


secondly, don't see folder icons there anymore, there way make them appear? don't want use "folder list" option doesn't support favorites displayed.

based on research , test, it’s not feasible make vertical scroll bar appear time in folder pane in outlook 2016. understanding.

second question, folder icons appear when in folders view mentioned based on knowledge. , it’s true favorites not displayed in folders view.
