Powerpoint Online Issue - Missing text when editing in desktop - Microsoft Community


hi,

we have group powerpoint started online template started working on using desktop powerpoint (mac v15.30).  now group working on it, editing in browser.  when download presentation or go edit in desktop version, text missing presentation (mostly titles).  the ones created me there, titles created others or me in online version don't show.  i know there because when scroll on the thumbnails, popup slide title.  tried changing fonts, no luck.  any ideas?

try file>save as in powerpoint online, saving file onedrive different name. try file>save as>download copy on file , open in powerpoint on computer. better results?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
