Problem deleting emails in outlook 365 - Microsoft Community


i have 165,234 emails in inbox , can't work or delete or in outlook 365 setup pop3, how can delete emails to decrease size of inbox...........?

for assist further decreasing amount of emails have, we'd know following:

  • which device using access outlook?
  • did receive error messages when trying delete email? if yes, can send screenshot?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
