Some appointments show Time Zone, others do not - Microsoft Community


all,

when open appointments, shows time zone ~ central time (us , canada) , time zone button in ribbon darker

grey engaged. other appointments not show time zone feature , time zone button shows isn't engaged. 

i unable toggle time zone button off position in appts. showing time zone. able toggle time zone button on , off in appointments don't show time zone.

any thoughts?

please make sure outlook mac latest version 15.33 170409. (click help--> check update--> tick manually check-->update)

exit office programs , waiting installation. re-open outlook when finish installing outlook--> open event--> click meeting--> un-tick time zone.

if above doesn’t help, please let me know how create problematic event , whether time zone same 1 in screenshot. , please try changing time , subject--> save&close-->re-open event see if button works.

if possible, suggest try mac see if button works fine in event. tell whether issue related outlook client or appointment itself.
