how can solve this? business account , can't create new profile.  i'm on mac. have erased every trace of email both on outlook on laptop , on godaddy server.  it keeps popping every 2 minutes , driving me insane.  please help!

totally understand creating new profile little bit inconvenient you. however, of users have resolved issue creating new profile. nice if take / export data before create new profile.
