hi,

i using windows 10, outlook 2016.

since yesterday, outlook keeps saying "there more items on server"

when click on comment, reloads inbox, not show more emails.

on phone can see new emails have arrived, show on outlook if close outlook down , start again.

at 1 point inbox heading on left showed have 2 new emails, did not display in inbox @ (until closed , reopened outlook).

they show fine on phone.

how fix this?

we can see here having issues receiving new email messages using outlook 2016 desktop app. before proceed, know more details concern. appreciate if tell following:

  • did make recent changes on outlook desktop app settings?
  • are using office add-ins?
  • what status of outlook connection can see in lower right hand side of application?
