Created column shows wronge time - Microsoft Community


dear,

until fine, in last few days, having problem: each time turn on outlook e-mail shows, of them same date , time in "created" column. in reading pane on right side on top, arrival time correct.

i attach screenshot. can see (on marked e-mail) on "created" column shows arrive on sunday 21:20 , arrived on saturday 9:08 (i had computer off 2 days , turned on on sunday @ 21:20).

clarification. 

seems issue related outlook mode (offline mode when pc turned off or sleep). so, may connect outlook client via “exchange cache mode” if using exchange account (or office 365 account). more information, can refer https://support.office.com/en-us/article/turn-on-cached-exchange-mode-7885af08-9a60-4ec3-850a-e221c1ed0c1c

otherwise, understanding issue might related outlook client should work if outlook restarted or offline mode. result, may try following methods give shot:
1. make sure outlook client newly updated. can go “file”> “office account”> “office update”> “update now”. 
2. create new profile of outlook. make backup before performing this.
3. re-install outlook client.
