Outlook keeps asking for password on desktop application - Microsoft Community


past 18 hours, outlook on desktop won't connect.  it keeps bringing office 365 sign in window, won't take password.  when change password same outcome.  anyone have suggestions?  this phenomenon occurring on macbook pro.  no issues iphone, ipad or portal.

thank reporting problem! of getting repeated prompts log in, outlook team has fix in place should roll out soon. available insider fast users (on build 170117).

for of not on insider fast, there kb article possible workaround has been mentioned in thread. can find kb here: outlook 2016 mac repeatedly prompts authentication
