Attachments Missing when using Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community


we using office 365 office 2010.  some of our users have been complaining attachment missing emails.  i have logged owa , attachment there not show in outlook 2010.

outlook 2010 show attachment flag no file accessable.

is there can outlook 2010 show attachment file, in case pdf.

it not file some.

since attachment exists in owa, issue related outlook client side. however, office 2010 out of support boundary, suggest upgrade office 2016 check if issue can fixed.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
