Cannot add an Office 365 exchange account to my Android Calendar - Microsoft Community


i have samsung galaxy edge , trying add outlook account on samsung calendar. when enter credentials adding account, first shows checking incoming server settings

and says cannot connect server.

any suggestions on matter appreciated.

clarification. 

since can configure account in outlook client, implies account should have no problem. in other words, account should connected server. issue more related outlook android app. 

given situation, suggest contact built-in support of outlook android app dedicated help. following screenshot direct built-in support:
