New Email window blocks everything else - Microsoft Community


we use tsprint, , when "local send email", opens new email attachment in it, perfect.

however, unless new message windows gets closed, can't access else in outlook.

users have send email , can open "normal" new message window , have access outlook normally.

tsprint support says it's issue outlook, when opening new email via api it block access else because doesn't want have more 1 opened.

is there can do?
