it appears you're having challenges search feature of outlook. assist concern, know following:

  • did make changes computer or outlook application prior issue?
  • does issue persists when you're trying search emails?
  • have tried restart computer, , relaunch outlook?
  • have done troubleshooting steps on end resolve problem?
