Resource Availability Report - Microsoft Community


want create own resource availability report in project 2016. know there's visual report i'd can view , customise myself within ms project. think need remaining availability field in there somewhere. appreciate guidance on this. pm it's important see not overallocations under utilisation resources. advice appreciated. thanks.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
