The email viewing pane is stuck on "Today" - Microsoft Community


installed outlook 16n not without challenges.  reading pane messages lists "today"{ , not all.  "all" button @ top not reacting can see older messages is. yesterday or day or 2 before.  working fine stopped , stuck on today.  messages can sent , received.

  • when did start experiencing problem?
  • did make changes outlook application before issue started?
  • have tried restarting computer, , relaunch outlook?
  • have taken troubleshooting steps resolve problem?
