Using rules to sort outgoing emails into folders create unexpected - Microsoft Community

been using outlook 2010 many years , last week bought office 365.

i work 4 email accounts, gmail, yahoo, outlook.com , 1 internet service provider (netvigator.com). last 1 primary email account use on daily basis, others secondary.

i've used rules organize incoming emails , to sort outgoing e-mails different folders in primary account. turn off "save copies of messages in sent items folder" option avoid duplicates.

everything working fine until added outlook.com email using microsoft exchange.

for reason, totally messed outgoing emails.

now whenever reply email in primary account, copied respective "sent to" folder, sender name becomes outlook.com account!

i tried , can't figure out why happens.

i tried turning on the "save copies of messages in sent items folder", , email in generic "sent items" folder fine. duplicate has problem.

the solution seems to remove outlook.com account.

there doesn't seem problem if send new email instead of replying, name appears (no email address).

can please help? thank you!

i'm still waiting help. thank you!
