Very occasionally outlook 2011 removes main identity - Microsoft Community

on mac running os's 10.9 10.11 , outlook 2011 (kept date) occasional time main identity seems removed no signs of anywhere on mac.  the identity can on 2gig of data not cause (as in previous versions of outlook).  the main identity showing low meg of data.  there no sign in trash of disappeared identity.  rebuilding main identity doesn't help/work.   thought user might have logged in have seen couple times not them logged in.  yup thats confusing too.   anyway, following system.log info "outlook" search criteria.  is in here suggesting account wipped?

based on description, issue seems caused mac os update , update made config files relate outlook client corrupted. please try steps below , see if there improvement:

1. go keychain access.

2. search "exchange" under login --> items , delete everything.

3. search "office" , delete everything.

4. search "adal" , delete everything.

5. launch outlook.

6. activation prompt , if account added see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if asked to.

 

if issue persists, i’d collect following information further troubleshooting:

 

1. i noticed mac os version not latest. also, have checked latest outlook 2011 version, it’s 14.7.1. please check outlook client , send detailed version us.
2. by saying “the identity can on 2gig of data not cause (as in previous versions of outlook).  main identity showing low meg of data.”, did refer to? please provide more details this.
3. retarding “i have seen couple times not them logged in.”, did see this? can upload screenshot?
