Outlook 2016 - Insert attachment to Meeting Invite You Do Not Own - Microsoft Community


know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment?

you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file.

click send update send meeting updates, including attachment.
