Outlook conversion problem - Microsoft Community


i have orphaned ost file home computer connected office exchange server. home pc crashed , need access ost file using outlook 2010.  no longer have connection exchange server.  there data ost file pst file without expensive conversion tool?

there several methods convert ost file pst file.

first, microsoft not provide official tool conversion. however, if can access contents of ost file in outlook, can perform conversion manually, follows:

1. start outlook. make sure can access contents in ost file converted.

2. create new pst file.

3. go ost file, select , copy contents converted mouse.

4. go new pst file, paste contents pst file

that conversion.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
