just open file , found of images missing, error messages “the image part relationship id rid 2 (or 3, or 25) not found in file”.

 

i’m using office 365 version 1704 (build 8067.2115)

we appreciate earnest effort reach out microsoft community. understand unable view images stored on specific file opened. sorted, kindly answer following questions:

  • were there changes made prior issue?
  • were able open other files, images stored well, no apparent issue?
  • was file created powerpoint program?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done in attempt resolve issue?

we waiting prompt response.
