Continuing Contact Sync Issues - Microsoft Community


hello,

i writing again cannot life of me figure out contact sync issue. added outlook.com outlook 2016 sync contacts , calendars imap work email. in contacts company names , job titles keep disappearing. how can microsoft continue let happen. can find statement:

outlook contacts missing company name in outlook.com connected accounts

last updated: january 24, 2017

issue

contacts stored in outlook outlook.com connected accounts lose information entered in company name field after syncing server.

status: investigating

we investigating issue , provide update fix in place.

does have fix this? go in gmail/google if not fixed. turned off automatic renewal office until there solution.
