Outlook 2016 signature issue - Microsoft Community


hi guys,

is experiencing issue when replying email, select rather large signature template , it's being placed smack bang in middle of received email , not in reply.

any light appreciated.

fyi - have rebooted programme , restarted imac - still same issue.

please send screenshot regarding "it's being placed smack bang in middle of received email , not in reply" can understand issue better.

for such kind of issue, i'd suggest create new outlook mac profile see if there improvement.

if not, try upgrading outlook mac client latest version. or uninstall , reinstall outlook mac client if necessary.

meanwhile, i'd collect information troubleshoot issue:

1. detailed version of outlook mac client , mac os. check outlook mac client version, please click outlook > outlook.

2. how many users inside organization encountered issue?

3. did issue happen when selecting small signature template? i. e, did issue happen when selecting rather larger signature template?

4. setting office 365 account outlook mac client? if so, determine if issue related office 365 account or outlook mac itself, please try setting office 365 account mac's outlook mac client didn't encounter issue see if same issue happens.

5. please share detailed steps of how created larger template can try reproducing issue side?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
