O365 - Outlook 2016 Mac not syncronising all folders - Microsoft Community

i have o365 exchange online p2 mail account 14gb of data in migrated imap recently. it has quite few folders , sub folders.

in webmail can see mail items , folders.

in outlook 2016 windows let it synchronise , folders, sub folders show correctly once choose "keep mail offline"

however, when add account outlook 2016 mac (note: first time outlook has been used on pc , has latest outlook updates of yesterday), half folders , sub folders showing. in webmail, i moved items folder to the default "sent items" folder, refuses sync on mac outlook (but  windows outlook synced ok). i cleared folder cache made no difference, outlook says "all folders date". checked the sync errors tool reports no issues. tried creating new folder in webmail , syncs ok.

i wonder how can fix sync issue? there's wrong outlook 2016 mac large mailboxes?

please let me know detailed version of outlook client such 15.32 17030901 , os version , method of setting mailbox such exchange or imap/pop.

please let me know if folders marked “important” or “starred” folders. can show me screenshots of folders’ instructure both in outlook web app , mac make clear folders missed.
