power point suddenly will not save and images are lost - Microsoft Community


is there solution stop power point 365 losing images , not saving. on mac air.

this terrible time-consuming problem.

we'd more information better understand issue:

1. actions did perform before sudden change in powerpoint's behavior? there update office or mac?

2. if there error when trying save powerpoint file, please provide screenshot of error us.

3. please provide powerpoint , mac os version.

4. regarding lost images, confirm whether images lost because file not saved, or previous images missing.

please try create new presentation , save insert images on , see if works. narrow down scope of issue.
