Don't understand types of calendars and origination - Microsoft Community


when open office 2013 calendar see 

i understand "calendar - archive" don't understand differences of others. why calendar , birthdays have both " - outlook" , "- outlook data file" versions. 

when try difference between - outlook vs - outlook data they appear near duplicates (there differences).

  • what outlook vs outlook data and there data come from?
  • do want both - outlook , - outlook data versions? if so, why

the outlook , outlook data file you're seeing right beside birthdays , calendar, files saved both on computer , on mail server. know more difference of these two, can refer article.
