Rules Not Working - Microsoft Community


i'm using microsoft outlook mac (version 15.31), , rules i've had created couple years not work.

i'm receiving following error messages:

"details:

the message not moved because destination folder not found."

i'm not sure how sudden destination folders can no longer found many/all of rules. haven't changed other updated latest version of outlook.

i suggest try following steps:

  1. delete , recreate rule see if works.
  2. relaunch mac computer.

additionally, please provide following information:

  1. are emails , folders still in inbox after client upgradation?
  2. a screenshot showing error message.
  3. can move emails manually other folders?
  4. what kind of account using? , how configure account outlook mac client? via exchange, imap or pop?
  5. details rule created.
