Deleting duplicate contacts folder in Archive - Microsoft Community

have updated contacts in office outlook 2016.  have archive of .pst files including contacts.  have copied updated contacts archive appears new folder but want delete original contacts file. don't seem able , don't want more , more archive contacts folders appearing every time update contacts. how do please?
