Messages disappearing from folders: Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Community

have been able resolve issue? still having same exact problem. move emails inbox specific folders, , emails randomly disappear , can't search them anywhere (and it's important emails of course!). our guy hasn't been able figure out. let me know if have found solution this.

may know outlook client version using? please provide detailed information this.

how did set email account on outlook client, via exchange or pop/imap?

issue happen every moving email or specific emails?

able find disappeared emails via using outlook web app?

when say“i move emails inbox specific folders”, mean manually moving or using rules?

if manually move email inbox specific folder, suggest create rule see whether problem still occurs?
