How can I configure Outlook to filter out and delete SPAM email based - Microsoft Community

how can configure outlook 2010 either delete spam email based on raw header info within spoofed email addresses changing domain names or else delete email based upon parts of domain name found inside raw email header info?

a spammer somehow obtained email address on our spectrum (roadrunner) isp email server, use ms outlook 2010 daily front-end client send/receive both personal , non-business emails store them locally on laptop.  problem spammer sends 10+ spam emails daily trying sell me items or services did not ask for, not want , don't need cluttering email.  not want delete current email address , create different email address name avoid spam messages.

the spammer sender changing emails different sender name different , temporary domain names.  raw email header info shows spoofing sender email address unusable domain name cannot found while forward url links in email client companies websites trying sell products , services.

the 1 constant that have noticed in each spam email header 2 keywords present: 1.) "ecelerity" - name of mass email software used spammer send spam emails , "*.nl" country location spam emails originate.

to combat spam email, first tried use outlook spam filter screen out email sender names fails cut out future spam emails because spammer changes temporary domain name. 

i tries create custom rules delete these spam emails whenever "*.nl" found in raw email header.  however, rule not run expected because rules setup app screens require full domain name listed rule and not part of domain name such ".nl" run effectively.  cannot filter based solely on keyword "ecelerity" because receive other internet forums emails known , use ecelerity software.  there other way using outlook allows me screen out emails raw email header contains both ecelerity , *.nl?

should consider creating custom visual basic script parse raw email header file info use outlook rules search , find occurrence of ecelerity , *.nl in raw email header, flag email message deletion, , later move email message deletion folder?  may overkill , complicated simple problem/solution , not effective long-term since microsoft starting ed-emphasize support , use of visual basic programming language.

to answer query creating rule specific words, suggest following steps below:

1. open outlook 2010 , click file.
2. under account information, click manage rules & alerts.
3. under rules , alerts, click new rule. rules wizard window pop up.
4. under rules wizard, select move messages specific words in subject folder.
5. under step 2, click specific word. the search text window pop up.
6. under specify words or phrases search in subject:, put "ecelerity" , click add.
7. same step add "*.nl", click ok.
   
8. once done in adding specific word, click specified to move words specified folder. rules , alerts window pop up.
   
9. under rules , alerts, select junk email , click ok.
10. click next, select item if want add additional condition.
    
11. click next, select item want message. note: may permanently delete message.
12. once you're done, click next until reach finish rule setup window.
    
13. click finish.
14. click apply and click ok.
15. restart outlook 2010 save settings.
