Error on my MacBook Pro - Microsoft Community


microsoft outlook must closed because error occerred. iunsaved work may lost........how safely restore microsoft identity on mac , not lose outlook files.....please me great advise

based on description, there error occurs while using outlook mac.

 

please provide following information, understand scenario: 

1.) the detailed outlook mac version, example 15.29 (170104). , mac os version (apple icon > mac > overview > provide os version details). 

2.) screenshot of error. 

3.) if crash occurs, please provide error message have received on outlook mac (error popup/crash stack). 

 

please provide crash stack following steps below: 

1) if there outlook crash occurs, microsoft error reporting window pop up. 

2) click on more information view crash stack. 

3) copy contents, press (command+ a) “select all” , press (command + c) copy. 

4) paste (command+ v) crash stack ‘text edit’ application.  

5) save log text file. to protect privacy, can share in this private message link.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
