Gmail Sent Mail is NOT synchronizing with Outlook in Office 365 - Microsoft Community


week before installed office 365 business premium 2016 gmail sent folder in not synchronizing in outlook. checked in microsoft community posts pertain earlier versions , not help. how make 'sent folder' in outlook synchronize.

hi partei,

 

based on experience, issue may occur when have many items in sent mail folder in gmail account. so, please confirm whether have more 10000 items in folder. if yes, try of them local drive , them reconfigure gmail account outlook client see if issue can resolved.

 

if isn’t case, need information below troubleshoot it:
1. detailed steps how configure gmail account on outlook client.

2. screenshot product information , version in outlook client. it: navigate file > office account.

3. can normal pc has outlook installed? if yes, please configure gmail account on see if issue occurs. identify whether issue related client.
